  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, shredded cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
