Artichoke Dip Stuffed Pretzels

Delicious artichoke dip is encased in warm, soft pretzels for a perfect combination of flavors!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 batch pretzel dough
  • 1 coarse sea salt, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, lemon juice, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Roll out the pretzel dough and cut it into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the artichoke dip mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Boil the pretzel pockets in a baking soda solution for about 30 seconds.
  7. Place on a baking sheet, sprinkle with sea salt, and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some chopped spinach to the filling.
  • These pretzels are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in the oven.
