Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken ham, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle half of the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the potatoes.
  4. Add half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham over the potatoes.
  5. Pour half of the heavy cream over the layer.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and dot with butter.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
