4 large apples

1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the apples thinly and soak in water mixed with lemon juice.
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into strips.
Arrange apple slices on the pastry, sprinkle with the sugar mixture, and fold the edges over.
