Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken & Potatoes

Deliciously seasoned chicken and tender potatoes baked to perfection with garlic and parmesan.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken thighs and baby potatoes, tossing to coat.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
