Baked Potato Slices

Enjoy these baked potato slices topped with crispy turkey bacon for a delicious snack or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 6 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. Toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  7. Remove bacon from the skillet and crumble.
  8. Once the potato slices are done, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  9. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add green onions as a garnish.
  • These can also be served with sour cream for dipping.
