  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Add the rolled oats, baking powder, and salt to the mixture and stir until everything is evenly incorporated.
  4. If desired, fold in the dark chocolate chips.
