- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, turkey bacon, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, and black pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
