Blue Cheese Stuffed Pears

  • 4 ripe pears
  • 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the pears in half and scoop out the centers.
  3. In a bowl, mix the blue cheese, walnuts, honey, and thyme.
  4. Stuff the pear halves with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place the pears on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.
