Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.

  7. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon for the crumble topping.
  8. Fill muffin cups with batter and sprinkle crumble mixture on top.
