  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • Butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  2. Dip each slice of brioche into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  4. Cook the soaked brioche slices until golden brown on both sides.
  5. In another pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  6. Serve the French toast with crispy turkey bacon on the side.

Notes

  • For a sweeter touch, add maple syrup or powdered sugar as a topping.
