- 1 head cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound turkey bacon
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully remove leaves from the cabbage head and blanch them in boiling water until pliable.
- In a skillet, cook onion and garlic until soft. Add ground beef and turkey bacon, cooking until browned.
- Mix in cooked rice, tomato sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place a portion of the meat mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll tightly, tucking in the ends.
- Arrange the rolls in a baking dish and cover with remaining tomato sauce.
