  • 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sautéing until onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced potatoes and Cajun seasoning, mixing well.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
