Caramel Brownie Cheesecake

A deliciously rich and creamy caramel brownie cheesecake that you can easily make at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt chocolate chips and butter together in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in sugar, then add eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla.
  4. Mix in flour and salt until just combined.
  5. Pour half the brownie mixture into a greased springform pan.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add caramel sauce and powdered sugar, mixing well.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer, then dollop the remaining brownie mixture on top.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with additional caramel sauce drizzled on top.
  • For best results, use room temperature ingredients.
