- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt chocolate chips and butter together in a saucepan over low heat.
- Remove from heat, stir in sugar, then add eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla.
- Mix in flour and salt until just combined.
- Pour half the brownie mixture into a greased springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add caramel sauce and powdered sugar, mixing well.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer, then dollop the remaining brownie mixture on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Serve with additional caramel sauce drizzled on top.
