  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  2. In the same pot, brown the ground beef with onions, carrots, and celery.
  3. Add the beef broth and potatoes, bringing to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Mix flour and milk, then stir into the pot.
  6. Add cheese and crumbled bacon, stirring until melted.
  7. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
