  • 4 large potatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
