1 pound ground beef
4 cups diced potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef and mix well.
In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Stir until well combined.
Layer half the potato mixture in a greased baking dish, then add the cooked beef, followed by the remaining potato mixture.
