  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef and mix well.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Stir until well combined.
  5. Layer half the potato mixture in a greased baking dish, then add the cooked beef, followed by the remaining potato mixture.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
