- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes, then place them in a large bowl.
- Add olive oil, ranch seasoning, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
- While the potatoes are baking, slice the smoked sausage into rounds.
- Add the sausage to the baking sheet with the potatoes and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheddar cheese over the potatoes and sausage.
- Return to the oven and bake for 5 more minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
