Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Pinwheels

These Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Pinwheels are the perfect easy and delicious appetizer for any gathering!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked spinach, drained
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Roll the tortillas tightly and slice them into pinwheels.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, mix in some diced jalapeños or red pepper flakes.
  • These can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
