  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork, then bake them until tender.
  3. While the potatoes are baking, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
  5. Once the potatoes are done, slice them open and fluff the insides with a fork.
