Ingredients

  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 package crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes to the beef. Stir and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese into the center of each square.
  6. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling to create a pouch.
  7. Place the pouches on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
