Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and egg, mixing until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
