  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Add the cooked chicken and sauté for a few minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
  7. Add cooked fettuccine and toss to coat.
  8. Top with crumbled turkey bacon and serve immediately.
