  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add chicken breasts, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown.
  3. Add baby potatoes to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder, then pour over the chicken and potatoes.
