2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
3 cups broccoli florets
1 pound penne pasta
2 cups alfredo sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pot, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli florets, cooked pasta, alfredo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken before cooking.
You can use frozen broccoli if fresh is not available.
Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
