  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and add turkey bacon. Cook until crispy.
  3. Add sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in minced garlic, bell peppers, and carrots. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  5. Mix in the cooked chow mein noodles along with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.

  • Use low-sodium soy sauce for a healthier option.
  • Feel free to add more vegetables like broccoli or snow peas.
