Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in boiling water until well combined.
  5. Pour batter into greased and floured pans.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then remove to wire racks to cool completely.
