  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Add baking powder and salt, mix until smooth.
  4. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Once chilled, scoop out dough and roll into balls, then roll in powdered sugar.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
