Cinnamon Roll French Toast Roll-Ups

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
  2. Spread a layer of cream cheese mixture on each slice.
  3. Roll up each slice tightly and secure with a toothpick.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar.
