  • 1 pound potstickers
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the potstickers and cook until they are lightly browned.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and water, and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the mushrooms and bok choy, and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce and green onions, and cook for another 2 minutes.
