Cookies and Cream Cookie Recipe

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually blend into the creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in the crushed cookies and white chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.
  8. Let cool on the cookie sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, try using dark chocolate chips instead of white.
  • Ensure your butter is at room temperature for easier mixing.
