  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the beef roast in a roasting pan and brush the cranberry balsamic mixture over the roast.
  4. Cover the roasting pan with foil and bake for 2 to 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
