  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10 oz fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add fresh spinach and sauté until wilted.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer.
  6. Mix in grated parmesan cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Serve warm.
