- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk for about 1 minute until golden.
- Slowly add the milk and cream, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Add the cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir until cheese is melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, and chicken ham. Mix well to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
