  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onions and garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in the mushrooms and cook until browned.
  4. Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
  5. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture, stirring to combine.
  6. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring constantly until thickened.
  7. Reduce heat to low and stir in the sour cream. Cook until heated through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
