  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add diced chicken to the skillet and season with Cajun seasoning. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in garlic and bell peppers, cooking until softened.
  5. Reduce heat and add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
