  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and Cajun seasoning; cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes; stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
  6. Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce until well coated.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
