  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking until chicken is browned and cooked through.
  3. Add onion, bell peppers, and garlic to the skillet; cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Reduce heat, pour in the heavy cream, and let it simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning.
