  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced carrots and celery, and sauté until tender.
  3. Add the chicken broth and rice. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until rice is cooked, about 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in milk and shredded chicken.
  6. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
