- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound carrots
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
