- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 3 cups carrots, sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- In a separate bowl, combine heavy cream, thyme, and rosemary. Pour over chicken and simmer until cooked through.
