Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add the white chocolate chips; stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice and zest.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours until firm.
  5. Scoop out the mixture and roll into small balls.
  6. Roll the truffles in powdered sugar or cocoa powder.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate until set.
