  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Add broccoli florets and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir well. Add Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and combined.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with the shrimp and broccoli mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
