  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10 oz) green enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Mexican blend)
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, sour cream, half of the enchilada sauce, and garlic powder.
  3. Place a portion of the chicken mixture in each tortilla, roll them up, and place seam side down in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
