  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. In a Slow Cooker, combine diced potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, garlic, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  4. Blend a portion of the soup if you prefer a creamier texture.
