  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. In a crock pot, combine the diced potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, and garlic.
  2. Add the chicken broth, salt, pepper, and thyme. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
  4. Before serving, stir in the heavy cream and adjust seasoning as desired.

Notes

  • For a thicker soup, mash some of the potatoes before adding the cream.
