  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine beef chuck, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix beef broth, tomato paste, thyme, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Pour the mixture over the beef and vegetables in the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, stir and serve warm.
