  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned

Instructions

  1. In a pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop and add to the crockpot.
  2. Add chicken ham, onion, and garlic to the crockpot.
  3. Add black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the pot.
  4. Stir well and cover. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Stir in corn during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your chili!
