Crockpot Potato Soup

A delicious and creamy potato soup made effortlessly in a crockpot, enhanced with the delightful taste of turkey bacon.

  • 4 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In the crockpot, combine the potatoes, onion, chicken broth, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Use a potato masher to mash some of the potatoes for a creamy texture.
  4. Add the heavy cream and turkey bacon, stirring to combine.
  5. Cook for an additional 15-30 minutes on high until heated through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional turkey bacon if desired.
