Dump and Go Crockpot Honey Garlic Soy Spareribs

This easy to prepare dish combines the flavors of honey, garlic, and soy sauce for a delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork spareribs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the spareribs in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce over the spareribs, making sure they are coated evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the ribs are tender.
  5. Serve the ribs with the sauce drizzled over top.

Notes

  • For best results, remove the membrane from the ribs before cooking.
  • Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the slow cooker!
